Refund policy

Returns
To return an item, please email michael@plutobury.com within 14 days from the day you received your goods providing the following:

- Your order reference
- Item details
- Reason for the return.

You will then be issued with the details required and will have a further 14 days from notification to return the goods to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Items must not be soiled, torn or damaged.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 working days for the payment to appear.

If, after checking your bank account you haven’t received a refund, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We recommend you get proof of postage. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
